Tracklements first met Packaging Automation at the PPMA Show when they were looking for solutions to help them become more automated. With a need to manage volume production and standardise the process whilst moving to an automated process the FP8 pot filler provided the answer, giving them the repeatability they also desired.
The FP8 is a compact rotary filling and closing machine. Whilst fully automatic in its operation this is a simple and flexible machine which can seal a pre-cut or reel fed lid to a pre-formed pot with production speeds of up to 55 pots per minute, depending on the product consistency and fill volume.
But it was just a matter of time until Tracklements progressed to the Rotofill and they’re now ready for a second Rotofill machine.
The Rotofill is a flexible high speed rotary filling and closing machine incorporating servo technology. It can also be used to seal pre-cut lids or reel fed film with clip on overcaps or a range of tamper evident closures. Integration with a wide range of fillers is offered as standard giving an extremely versatile solution with up to three pots filled and sealed at a time. Production speeds are dependent on the pot size, product consistency, fill volume and closure type but can be up to 120 pots per minute.
Tracklements now not only have the ability to effectively manage high volumes, but they also have a standardised, automated, repeatable process with the ability to fill and seal up to 120 pots per minute.
