Nominated by staff, the Packaging Automation Charity of the Year for 2020 was The Joshua Tree, a Cheshire based Children’s Cancer Charity operating across the north west and north Wales dedicated to working closely with families affected by childhood cancers.
This charity does an amazing job, working with the whole family - patient, parent, siblings and grandparents - in recognising that every family’s cancer journey is unique.
Throughout 2020 #TeamPA have held various fundraising events in line with social distancing guidelines and have raised in excess of £1200 for the charity.
For a number of years now we have also collected selection boxes and donated them to a local organisation – The David Lewis Centre.
The David Lewis Centre is a health foundation based in Little Warford, Cheshire. It provides residential accommodation, education and health services to people with epilepsy, autism learning and physical disabilities.
This year we collected 79 selection boxes and below is a copy of their email of thanks.
