The Challenge: This client was looking for Crawford Packaging, our partner in USA, Canada and Mexico, to provide a new packaging solution to compete with the existing solution already being used at the facility and increase tray seal speeds.

The Solution: Revolution Tray Sealer

The customer trailed the SL6 Wide Bodied Tray Sealing Machine with new tooling to seal 4 trays per cycle but was so pleased they upgraded to the Revolution Tray Sealer.

The Result: 30% increase in packs per minute

With the installation of the Revolution Tray Sealer impressions improved to 4 impressions per cycle and they increased packs per minute from 45ppm to 60ppm, an increase of 30%.
