February News Round-up

Despite the weather #TeamPA spirits weren’t dampened during February and everyone worked as hard as ever to ensure everything ran smoothly with our focus of #puttingourcustomersfirst.

Here’s a quick recap of what happened during February at Packaging Automation….

PA Vacancies

In February we started our recruitment process for a Trainee Seal Technologist.

The successful candidate will learn all aspects of the Seal Technologist’s role in order to support the Sales Team and the business.

The trainee will build relationships with Pacakaging Suppliuers and understand trends in the market.

February was National Apprenticeship Week and PA celebrated by looking back at the past success stories, including Award Winning apprentice James Sydenham

Our 2022 apprentice recruitment process will be starting in the next couple of months further information regarding the Apprenticeship Scheme can be found here.

Meet the Team

#TeamPA is made up of multiple teams each of which have a vital role to play in the smooth running of the business. Each month we will take a closer look a one of these teams.

February we went Behind the Scenes with our Stores Team who have collectively worked for #TeamPA for nearly 52 years!

#TeamPA welcomed two new members to the team in February Nathan Williams who joined us as Stores Assistant and Michael Pratt who started as an Electrical Fitter.

Training

Sean Taylor and Diane Noble started Internal training in February to become Mentors for #TeamPA

Machines

The Projects Team continued to deliver vast numbers of machines, and conveyors to customers, as always they didn’t fail to deliver.

We would like to congratulate Alex Dyla on the birth of his beautiful baby girl. Baby Freya was born on 21st February to proud parents, Alex and Emma.
