Expanding the PA Portfolio

Hot on the heels of our year end results when we announced 10% growth for the year 2019-2020, we’re delighted to report that we are expanding our portfolio with plans to open a new Machine Shop in the very near future.

This year the team have not only tripled production but thanks to #lightsoutmanufacturing they’re now fully automated. With some parts taking up to 7 hours to manufacture, this has made a big difference. At the end of the evening shift the team simply load the machines and set them running. With machines running throughout the night with no human intervention we have increased production from 30 hours per day up to 90 hours per day. That’s resulted in a 10% increase in revenue!

With increased tooling orders and requests for quick turnaround tooling for seasonal product changes at this time of year, our investment in the new Mori machine centre has certainly been worthwhile.
