Our quarterly Exceptional Employee Awards received some fantastic nominations this year and the quarterly winners in 2021 were:
Q1 Ashley Hunt
Q2 Paul Butler
Q4 Andy Wardell
The PA Staff Council selects each quarterly winner from the nominations received.
The winners of each quarter are then eligible for the Annual Exceptional Employee Award which is selected by the Directors.
This year Ashley Hunt, Systems Engineer went on to win our Annual Exceptional Employee of the Year Award in recognition of his outstanding effort and support in stepping in to cover on-call service at short notice to meet customer needs during a very busy period.
Ashley was also nominated for his Exceptional Effort, Customer Service and Teamwork shown often at short notice responding to customer queries – clearly a worthy winner!
