Exceptional Employee Award – November 2022

This quarter we received a high number of very high calibre nominations and after much deliberation we are delighted to announce our Exceptional Employee Award for November 2022.

Nominated by colleagues and selected as the winner by the Packaging Automation Staff Council, the recipient of the Exceptional Employee Award for November2022 is Libbie Bridle, IT Apprentice in recognition of her exemplary proactivity and exceptional creativity in support of the Marketing Team. With little or no prior experience Libbie has efficiently and professionally created marketing content which has received praise both internally and externally.

The following colleagues were also nominated this quarter:

Deon Wilson – was nominated in recognition of the amount of time dedicated to the delivery and collection of the machinery for the recent PPMA exhibition.

Gareth Worth – was nominated in recognition for helping support the Sales Team and resolve queries within our CRM. As always, he approaches each request with great enthusiasm regardless of the time of day the request is made.

Josina Valentim – was nominated in recognition for being an incredible Manager, supportive and for looking after individual needs and welfare. Josina puts everyone first and strives to update and improve the company to modernise and streamline procedures.

Libbie Bridle - also received a second nomination in recognition for helping resolve CRM queries with Gareth.

Neil Orme – was nominated in recognition of going above and beyond when supporting the Assembly Team over the last month. He has also supported Assembly outside of his working hours when they have asked for help.

Nick Brindley – was nominated in recognition of the outstanding research project he initiated and completed to better understand the way the skin films work, so that we can make improvements to our designs for Skinpac applications as needed. A fantastic example of leading by example and going the extra mile to benefit everyone.

Nick Read – was nominated in recognition of his proactive approach, tireless commitment and his upbeat and positive attitude. Nick demonstrates excellent communication skills.

Pete Youds - was nominated in recognition of his prolonged and consistent efforts to achieve the specified operational functionality to meet customer expectations.

Shirley Ollier – was nominated in recognition for stepping in to assist Service with the application process ahead of a service engineer’s trip to Saudi Arabia ensuring an official invite to the Country was obtained.

Our thanks to the Staff Council for their diligence in selecting our winners, it is not an easy decision and very many congratulations to all our nominees and to this quarter’s winner Libbie!
