We’re delighted to announce our Exceptional Employee Award for May 2022.
Nominated by colleagues and selected as the winner by the Packaging Automation Staff Council, the Exceptional Employee Award for May 2022 was given to Charlie Collett, Apprentice, in recognition of his exceptional effort whilst deployed to help with work on the shop floor.
Charlie’s help allowed the assembly team to focus on the build and fully utilize their time. Charlie also liaised with the project engineer to identify areas requiring clarification or customer input.
The following colleagues were also nominated this quarter: Chris Eckert, Service Engineer – was nominated in recognition of his excellent effort and professionalism whilst working at a customer site, making modification recommendations to aid production running.
Chris Taylor, Head of Systems Engineering – was nominated in recognition of his exceptional support given to the purchasing team and the business over the last two years when dealing with supply chain issues and coming up with alternatives and/ or alternate solutions as necessary.
Greg Simpson, Project Engineer – was nominated in recognition of his exceptional effort and support in dealing with transport and customs problems at Fruit Logistica.
Lucy Holman, Accounts Team Leader – was nominated in recognition of her energy, enthusiasm and leadership skills during a particularly busy period when colleagues were off sick and on leave. During this time Lucy took on extra responsibilities in addition to her own workload and still managed to remain cheerful and positive.
