Exceptional Employee Award

It’s that time of year again when we ask #TeamPA to nominate their colleagues for the Packaging Automation Exceptional Employee Award and this time we were completely overwhelmed by not just the number of nominations but also the quality.

As always, there can only be 1 winner and this quarter it was Andy Wardell.

The Exceptional Employee award for November was made to Andy Wardell , Team Leader of the Fabrication and Welding Workshop. Andy’s work has directly resulted in a reduction in manufacturing time and reduced costs too – great work Andy!

Our congratulations to Andy on a well-deserved award and a special mention to the other nominees:

Emilie Hale, Customer Service – was nominated for consistently going above and beyond

Josina Valentim, Finance Manager - was nominated for her exceptional effort and commitment to improving efficiencies and effectiveness.

David Prescott, CNC Turner - was nominated in recognition of his exceptional problem solving skills and can do attitude.

Dan Chesters, Customer Service Team Leader – was nominated in recognition of his outstanding customer service.

Our thanks to the Staff Council for their diligence in selecting our winners, it is not an easy decision and very many congratulations to all our nominees and to our worthy winner Andy!
