Exceptional Employee Award

As we hurtle towards the end of our business financial year and anxiously await our year end results, we reflect on the challenges the business and our teams have faced in the last 12 months. Whilst 2020 was tough with the arrival of Covid-19, it’s fair to say 2021 didn’t get any easier with Covid, the ping-demic, Brexit and subsequent supply chain issues.

We are always bowled over by the nominations for the Packaging Automation Exceptional Employee Award and appreciate the contributions that each and everyone of #TeamPA makes but as they say – there can only be 1 winner and this quarter it was Beth Greenway.

The Exceptional Employee award was made to Beth Greenway in recognition of her significant effort in continually monitoring supplies which we are sure you will agree is no mean feat when dealing with the impact on the supply chain from both Covid and Brexit and staff shortages brought about by the ping-demic!

Our congratulations to Beth on a well-deserved award and a special mention to the other nominees:

· Ross Hodgkinson – was nominated for delivering fast and efficient responses and exceptional customer service.

· Simon Wilson - was nominated for exceeding expectations with regards to tool testing and efficiency.

· Ian Mayo - was nominated in recognition for showing great leadership skills and for going above and beyond every day.

Our thanks to the Staff Council for their diligence in selecting our winners, it is not an easy decision and very many congratulations to all our nominees and to our worthy winner Beth!
