At Packaging Automation, we invite colleague nominations for our Exceptional Employee Award every quarter with the award winner then selected by our Staff Council.
This quarter our colleagues continued to impress us with their outstanding service, often in the face of adversity.
The Exceptional Employee award for May was made to Paul Butler in recognition of his productivity on a recent R&D tooling project. Paul has shown great teamwork and creativity in developing a new concept and after successful trials; the customer wants to move forward in producing a finalized working design on a PA2016 machine.
Our thanks to the Staff Council for their diligence in selecting our winners, it is not an easy decision and very many congratulations to all our nominees and to our worthy winner Paul!
