At Packaging Automation we like to recognise and reward exceptional service and every quarter we invite colleague nominations. The award winner is then selected by our Staff Council.
This quarter our colleagues continued to rise to new challenges and surprise us with their efforts and determination to succeed often in the face of adversity.
The Exceptional Employee award for August was made to James in recognition of his support and exceptional effort at a customer site including his management of a tricky situation and his clear communication skills. James managed the site issues with the utmost professionalism and this was reflected in the comments made by a senior member of the customer’s management team.
Neil Ashton Managing Director commented, “Our service team members have a critical role in maintaining good customer relations and are the face of PA. James did a fantastic job faced with a difficult set of circumstances and represented the business superbly. This award is well deserved and won against very strong competition.”
